However, when there are a myriad of different options to choose from, it can be hard to know where to start, and how best to integrate them together. In this presentation, Michelle Brown will share insights on how Camosun College's Professional Studies and Industry Training Department embarked on a journey of rebuilding post-Covid-19. Exploring tools like SalesForce, Destiny One, Planner, Microsoft To Do, Campaigner, Qualtrics, and Hootsuite, Michelle will illustrate how the department leveraged these resources to emerge stronger than ever before.
Michelle Brown is the Director of Camosun College's Professional Studies and Industry Training (ProSIT) Department, formerly recognized as the Continuing Education and Contract Training Department. With a multifaceted background spanning teaching, curriculum development, consulting, business development, sales, digital marketing and more, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role. As an Indigenous person with over 10 years of leadership experience, she infuses her work with unique perspectives and insights.
