Filled with practical examples (positive and negative!), this workshop explores the qualities and behaviours that make a good leader and manager. We’ll draw some practical leadership and organizational tips you can use daily, including important topics such as how to delegate effectively, and empower your reports as self-directed professionals.
For more than 40 years, Daniel's working life has focused on the twin themes of leadership and lifelong learning; including two decades' service in the Canadian Army, and 20 years of Continuing Studies experience at Langara College, where he progressed through every operational CS role from Project Coordinator to Dean.
